Thai Green Chicken Curry– with Thai aubergines, red chilli, sweet basil and lime leaves cooked in coconut milk.
Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet- crispy fried fish fillet on top sweet and sour sauce with pineapple and peppers.
Prawn Mongolian– Prawn stir fried with pepper, onion, butter and ketchup.
Lamb in Black Pepper Sauce- with crushed black peppercorns, chopped onions, red and green peppers, ginger and spring onions.
All served with plain noodles and steamed jasmine rice.
